tax options. All of these documents have been prepared by experienced
attorneys and made available to you.
When you are finished, we will have the information necessary to
create your corporation. We then review your information. When this
has been completed an email will be sent to you letting you know
when you can log back in to retrieve your completed documents. We
will then file the Articles (or send them to you for filing if your
state requires it). If we are completing the filing, we will mail
a copy of your completed Articles of Incorporation to you and your
company will be legally incorporated and your assets will be protected.
